We are a specialist homecare agency that provide care, case management support, and advice to children and adults who have sustained complex life changing injuries such as an acquired brain injury, spinal injury, cerebral palsy, autism and learning disabilities. We provide personal care and support to these individuals in their place of residence and help to coordinate their needs with a multidisciplinary health and social care team.
We are registered with CQC and have close working relationships with local authorities. Communication and working together in partnership is important to us and we encourage feedback from all who use or regulate our service.
Individuals are supported to have maximum choice and control of their lives and our staff do this in the least restrictive way possible, and in their best interests. Quality of life for our service users is at the heart of everything we do. People are central to the care and support they receive, and their OWN decisions are valued. Staff work hard to ensure service users feel valued and safe whilst in our care. Our compassionate approach extends to friends and family, who will always be considered as part of our process.

We provide personalised, compassionate care for individuals (both adults and children) who have life changing complex needs. Our expertise is in neurological conditions, brain and spinal injuries, cerebral palsy, complex nutritional needs (tube feeding), respiratory needs such as tracheostomies and home ventilation. We work closely with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech and language teams, dieticians, and condition specific specialist services to ensure that the support we deliver is safe, effective and meets individual needs.
Between the ages of 16-18 years old, children with complex needs are transitioned to adult services. We are committed to being an anchor throughout this process; ensuring that as children turn 18 years old, they receive the best care possible for their journey into adulthood.
